As a small business and family, we cannot process any cancellations or returns. In the unlikely event that your print or original painting is damaged in the mail, please send an email with a photo attached. If you have any other questions or concerns, please reach out. We appreciate your support and will do what we can.

◾️5x7” - 11x14”: Prints are in cello sleeves, with a pressed backer board and shipped in enforced flat mailers. ​

◾️16x20” - 18x24”: Prints are rolled, wrapped in acid free tissue paper, and shipped in a mailing tube. ​

◾️Canvas: Prints will come wrapped in plastic, secured in place, and shipped in a box.

◾️​Originals: Depending on the size and canvas type they will either be mailed in an enforce flat mailer, wrapped in cello sleeve & acid free tissue paper attached to a backer board. OR Package, wrapped and sealed in a box. Originals are handled with the utmost love and care to ensure they travel to you safe.​
